A: This depends on your individual goals and availability, but our clients typically train two to three times per week.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES PERSONAL TRAINING AT AORTA FITNESS COST?
A: The cost of Personal Training at Aorta Fitness varies depending on the package you decide to buy. We offer different packages depending on the number of sessions purchased. Our prices range from €40 to €55 per session.
Q: IF MY GOAL IS TO LOSE WEIGHT, HOW MUCH WEIGHT COULD I EXPECT TO LOSE?
A: You can expect to lose between 1-2 lbs. per week but clients often lose a little more in their first couple of weeks.
Q: HOW LONG ARE YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?
A: Each session is 60 minutes in total, 15 minute cardiovascular warmup and 45 minutes with your Personal Trainer.
Q: HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE RESULTS?
A: Our clients who have followed our complete weekly plan and kept their healthy nutrition plans have seen results within a couple of weeks of their start date.
