Our state of the art and contemporary facility is well equipped and situated in the heart of Dublin city. Some of our equipment includes:-

BOSU® BALANCE TRAINER – fundamentally half an exercise ball with a solid base, excellent for cardiovascular work and core training

BOXING EQUIPMENT – boxing is a fun way to get the heart rate pumping and relieve the stresses of the day

DUMBBELLS – The dumbbell, a type of free weight, is a piece of equipment used in weight training. It can be used individually or in pairs (one for each hand). They allow for gradual or fast transition from the lightest to the heaviest weights

FOAM ROLLER – used to improve flexibility and core strength

THE STICK – This is a massage stick, very useful for targeting areas of tightness that are hard to reach when stretching

KETTLEBELLS – The kettlebell is a cast iron or plastic and sand weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular strength and flexibility training

MEDICINE BALLS – weighted balls, which are fun and functional, used to increase agility and core strength

RESISTANCE BANDS – these add variety and greater challenge to traditional weight training programmes

SWISS BALL – used to improve core strength, mobility and flexibility

FUNCTIONAL TRAINER – this is a cable machine that offers a wide variety of exercises in multiple planes of motion

POWER CAGE – the power cage is for the more serious lifters looking to develop power and strength
